Direct plug connectors with PUSH IN technology reduce connection times for solid wires and those with crimped on wire-end ferrules by up to 50 % compared to clamping yoke terminals. The conductor is simply inserted in the clamping unit to get a safe, gas-tight connection. Even flexible conductors can be connected without tools and trouble. Safe and reliable connections are crucial, especially under harsh conditions, such as those in the process industry. Our PUSH IN technology guarantees excellent contact security and ease of handling, even in demanding applications.
Increase efficiency in installation without compromising on safety. The innovative PUSH IN direct plug connector reduces connection times by up to 50 percent compared to clamping yoke terminals.
The enhanced compactness, combined with simple handling, helps improve processes right from the planning stage. PUSH IN technology guarantees excellent contact security and ease of handling
Klippon® Connect gives your cabinet design maximum flexibility thanks to PUSH IN technology. The simple handling helps to improve processes right from the planning stage.
The conductor is simply inserted into the clamping point up to the stop. Once in position, the spring holds it like a barb without damaging it.
The spring is positioned so that it does not exert any force on the terminal housing. Regardless of whether a conductor is connected or not.
The conductor can be released just as easily and without damage. The so-called pusher – an immediately recognisable plastic element directly next to the conductor entry opening – is used for this purpose.
The pusher is flush with the terminal housing and can be pressed down with a standard screwdriver. This opens the spring and releases the conductor.
Where installation depth is low, the lateral conductor entry has decisive advantages, because the conductors can be connected without space-consuming bending. Wiring can be carried out very clearly and in a very confined space.
The integrated test tap for standard test probes facilitates maintenance processes and troubleshooting. The lateral conductor entry increases clarity and makes the terminal blocks accessible for test systems even when wired.
Due to the lateral conductor entry, markings and functional areas remain easily recognisable even when wired. Maintenance and repair processes can thus be carried out more easily, safely and quickly.
As an integral part of the A-Series, the extensive range of accessories can also be used with the new modular terminal blocks. This facilitates the duplication of potentials via cross-connections and reduces ordering and storage costs.
Our ADT 1.5 disconnect terminal blocks offer the option of disconnecting signals up to 10 A with a minimum width of just 3.5 mm. Integrated and standardized testing points in front of and behind the disconnection area enable simple and safe testing and inspection in the field, even when wired.
Our pluggable PUSH IN terminal blocks are used wherever modular and flexible connection solutions are required. The pluggable connection system makes it easy to replace complete functional units - plug & play. The pluggable connections impress with their quality and functionality, even under the most challenging conditions.
Among other things, their vibration resistance makes them particularly suitable for areas such as railway and marine applications. An extensive range of accessories, such as locking elements, and a wide portfolio, from signal to power distribution, make them universally usable.
Some applications demand for a pluggable, modular solution to be more flexible or to facilitate the installation. Where complete functional units have to be prefabricated or replaced, modular and flexible connection systems are required.
Our pluggable terminal blocks can be quickly assembled and are completely factory tested. They provide the possibility for a connection of up to 4 plugs.
