With Weidmüller's standard markers, a suitable portfolio of the Klippon® Connect A series of pre-loaded markers is available. In combination with the Klippon® Automated RailLaser, the full optimisation potential can be realised.

Optimised handling

Due to the large capacity of the magazines, filling processes are reduced to a minimum and opening quantities are avoided. Furthermore, the magazines enable a firm hold of the individual components already during the filling.

Klippon® Automated RailCutter

Control cabinet builders have to match mounting rails precisely to the enclosure housing. The Klippon® Automated RailCutter cuts mounting rails to size and labels them automatically. The RailCutter draws the necessary data from eCAD or from the WMC; it does not need to be operated manually. The cut is fast and precise. The RailCutter is an extension of the Klippon® Automated RailAssembler and the only fully automatic machine that cuts mounting rails to size.

Cost-efficient in the long term

Automated mounting rail cutting increases efficiency. The electrically driven shears minimise the reject and error rate. Users can also easily scale the production volume thanks to the automated system.

Maximum transparency

The Railcutter marks mounting rails with a needle embossing on the back. This means that they can be identified at any time. Subsequent processes - such as the processing of a mounting rail by the Klippon® Automated RailLaser - can also be tracked.

Minimised set-up times

The RailCutter processes mounting rails with a length of 2m automatically and can store up to 88m of mounting rails. DIN rails to TS 35 / 7.5 and TS 35 / 15 are suitable for the RailCutter.

Fast high-precision marking

In combination with the Weidmüller Configurator (WMC) software, the Klippon® Automated RailLaser enables fully automatic marking of pre-assembled terminal strips. The use of terminal blocks with markers already attached eliminates the need to separate, assign and mount individual markers. This allows time savings of up to 90% in marking processes. The laser marking of the terminal strips also meets the highest demands on marking quality.
